When is there a claim?
EU Regulation 261/2004 entitles passengers to fixed compensation in the event of a significant delay, cancellation or overbooking. It applies to flights departing from EU airports and to EU airlines flying into the EU.
- Arrival delay of three hours or more
- Cancellation without timely advance notice
- Denied boarding due to overbooking
- Missed connecting flight within a single booking
How much is the compensation?
The amount depends on the flight distance, as set out in tiers under EU Regulation 261/2004. Claims can be made retroactively for up to three years.
How does it work?
Send us your booking confirmation and proof of delay. We assess your claim, contact the airline on your behalf, and pursue proceedings if required.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. No cost if unsuccessful; if successful, we keep only the previously agreed share.
