Which fees are unlawful?
The Austrian Supreme Court has ruled numerous clauses in loan agreements unlawful. These include flat processing fees, account maintenance charges on loan accounts and, in many cases, early repayment charges.
Who can claim a refund?
Borrowers whose contract contains unlawful fees — even if the loan has already been repaid in full. We assess the limitation period in each individual case.
