Withdrawal notice.
For consumers under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).
I. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance or away from our business premises within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
II. Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.
III. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed; no fees will be charged for this reimbursement.
IV. Early commencement of performance
If you expressly requested that we begin performance (e.g. case assessment, instructing legal representation, assuming costs) before the withdrawal period has expired, you must pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the time of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal lapses early if the service has been fully performed at your explicit request.
